The City of Riverside’s Citizen Portal allows applicants to remotely submit applications and payments for zoning and right-of-way permits. Applicants can search for permits and track their project’s progress from submittal through final approval from the convenience of their computers or mobile devices. The Citizen Portal also allows users to search for Code Enforcement Cases, submit street concerns, and search the status of those street concerns.
